The Soft Life Series
For the woman who is tired of living like everything is an emergency.
The Soft Life is a four-class nervous system ritual series designed to help your body soften the patterns of bracing, rushing, over-functioning, and feeling guilty for needing rest. This series is not about escaping your responsibilities or pretending life is suddenly easy. It is about teaching your body that softness can be safe, support can be normal, and rest does not have to be earned through exhaustion.
Class 1: Unclench
This class is for the body that has been holding everything in the jaw, shoulders, hips, belly, and breath. Through slow movement, grounding, and supported release, you will begin to notice where you are gripping and give your body permission to soften.

The Burnout Recovery Series
For the woman who is tired of pushing through.
The Burnout Recovery Series is designed for the woman who has been carrying too much for too long and calling it “just a busy season.” This four-class experience helps you recognize the signs of depletion, come out of constant activation, rebuild your capacity gently, and create boundaries that protect your energy before your body has to get louder.
Class 1: The Body Says No
This class helps you notice the early signs of burnout, resentment, tension, and energetic depletion before they become impossible to ignore. You will learn how your body communicates “enough” and begin rebuilding trust with the signals you may have been overriding.
Class 2: The Deep Exhale
The Deep Exhale is a calming, supported practice for the nervous system that has been living in constant activation. Through breath, props, and restorative shapes, this class helps the body downshift from survival mode into a slower, steadier state.
Class 3: Rebuild Capacity
This class is about reconnecting to energy without forcing productivity. Through gentle movement, grounding, and somatic awareness, you will practice rebuilding capacity in a way that feels sustainable instead of demanding.
Class 4: Protect Your Peace
Protect Your Peace is a boundary-centered regulation ritual for simplifying, saying no, and preserving your life force. This class helps you explore what your body needs in order to stop leaking energy into things that no longer fit your season.
The Identity Shift Series
For the woman becoming someone new, but whose body still feels attached to the old version.
The Identity Shift Series is for the woman in the gap between who she has been and who she knows she is becoming. This series supports the nervous system through change, expansion, visibility, and growth, so you are not just mentally choosing a new identity while your body is still trying to keep you safe inside the old one.
Class 1: Meet the Current Self
This class creates space to honestly meet the version of you who got you here, without judgment or shame. Through grounding, reflection, and gentle embodiment, you will begin noticing the patterns your body currently recognizes as familiar.
Class 2: Calm the Old Pattern
Calm the Old Pattern is for the part of you that feels threatened by change, even when the change is something you deeply desire. This class helps soothe the protective patterns that arise when your nervous system starts to leave what is familiar.
Class 3: Embody the Next Version
This class uses movement, breath, posture, visualization, and somatic rehearsal to help your body begin recognizing your next version as safe. Instead of forcing confidence, you will practice inhabiting expansion slowly enough for your nervous system to come with you.
Become Familiar With More
Become Familiar With More is a capacity-building ritual for receiving more support, money, love, ease, visibility, success, and spaciousness. This class helps your body practice allowing more without immediately shrinking, bracing, or self-sabotaging.
The Boundaries Series
For the woman learning to stop abandoning herself.
The Boundaries in the Body Series is for the woman who is ready to understand boundaries as more than words, scripts, or mindset work. This four-class series helps you recognize how your body communicates yes, no, maybe, resentment, guilt, and self-trust, so you can stop overriding yourself just to keep the peace.
Class 1: The Body Knows Your No
This class helps you practice listening to the physical sensations of yes, no, and maybe before your mind rushes in to explain them away. Through gentle somatic work and reflection, you will begin rebuilding trust with the wisdom your body has been offering all along.
Class 2: Release Resentment
Release Resentment is for the tension, irritation, and unspoken frustration that build when your boundaries have been crossed too many times. This class offers safe, embodied practices to move that energy through the body without shame.
Class 3: Stop Over-Explaining
This class supports the throat, chest, and belly through the patterns of over-explaining, apologizing, and trying to make your needs more comfortable for everyone else. You will practice what it feels like to be clear, kind, and connected to yourself without performing for approval.
Class 4: Stay With Yourself
Stay With Yourself is a grounding ritual for the moment after the boundary, when guilt, doubt, or fear of disappointing someone can pull you back into old patterns. This class helps you build the capacity to remain rooted in your truth while still allowing discomfort to move through.
The Entrepreneur Reset

The Entrepreneur’s Nervous System Reset is for creatives, founders, wellness leaders, photographers, coaches, and business owners who are holding a lot while trying to build something meaningful. This class explores the body’s relationship with charging, asking, earning, receiving support, and allowing more. Through gentle regulation and capacity-building practices, you will begin noticing where money and receiving create contraction, and how to soften into a more supported relationship with both.
Class 4: Sustainable Success
Sustainable Success is a grounding and integration ritual for the woman who wants her business to grow without her body becoming the cost. This class helps you connect to a version of success that feels spacious, regulated, fulfilling, and built for your actual life.
Who These Classes Are Designed For
These classes are designed for women who are craving a softer, more embodied way to care for themselves. They are for the woman who has done the mindset work but still feels the pattern in her body. The woman who knows she wants more rest, more clarity, more boundaries, more confidence, more support, and more ease, but sometimes feels like her nervous system has not caught up with the life she is trying to create.
You do not have to be flexible, experienced in yoga, or familiar with nervous system work to join. These classes are gentle, welcoming, and intentionally designed to meet you where you are. Some classes may include slow movement, restorative shapes, breathwork, journaling, guided rest, somatic practices, or moments of stillness, but the focus is never performance. The focus is helping your body feel safe enough to soften, listen, release, and return to itself.

However, we highly recommend taking all four when you can.
